ये जानकारी आवश्यकता, प्रशासनिक कारणों या परिस्थितियों के अनुसार बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदली जा सकती
हैं।
All information provided on this portal — including exam schedules, dates, timings, centers,
eligibility criteria, instructions, and related details — is provisional in nature.
Such information may be modified, updated, or corrected without prior notice due to administrative
or
operational requirements.
2. परीक्षा तिथि एवं समय में परिवर्तन / Change in Exam Date and Time
Netritva Sadhana Kendra को यह अधिकार सुरक्षित है कि वह:
- परीक्षा की तिथि बदल सके
- परीक्षा का समय संशोधित कर सके
- परीक्षा को पुनर्निर्धारित (Reschedule) कर सके
ऐसे किसी भी परिवर्तन की सूचना यथासंभव पोर्टल या पंजीकृत संपर्क माध्यमों के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
Netritva Sadhana Kendra reserves the right to:
- Change the exam date
- Modify the exam timing
- Reschedule the examination
Any such changes will be communicated through the portal or registered communication channels,
wherever feasible.
3. परीक्षा केंद्र में परिवर्तन / Change of Examination Center
प्रशासनिक, तकनीकी या अन्य कारणों से परीक्षा केंद्र:
- बदला जा सकता है
- स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है
- सीमित या विलय (merged) किया जा सकता है
किसी विशेष परीक्षा केंद्र की मांग को अधिकार (Right) के रूप में नहीं माना जाएगा।
Due to administrative, technical, or logistical reasons, examination centers may be:
- Changed
- Relocated
- Limited or merged
Preference for a specific exam center shall not be considered a matter of right.
4. परीक्षा स्थगन या रद्दीकरण / Exam Postponement or Cancellation
असाधारण परिस्थितियों में, जैसे कि:
- प्राकृतिक आपदा
- प्रशासनिक आदेश
- तकनीकी विफलता
- कानून-व्यवस्था की स्थिति
परीक्षा को स्थगित (Postponed) या रद्द (Cancelled) किया जा सकता है।
ऐसी स्थिति में Netritva Sadhana Kendra किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष क्षति या असुविधा के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं
होगा।
In exceptional circumstances such as:
- Natural disasters
- Administrative directives
- Technical failures
- Law and order situations
The examination may be postponed or cancelled.
Netritva Sadhana Kendra shall not be liable for any indirect loss or inconvenience arising from such
decisions.
5. तकनीकी समस्याएँ / Technical
Issues
पोर्टल या परीक्षा प्रक्रिया के दौरान निम्न समस्याएँ हो सकती हैं:
- इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी में बाधा
- सर्वर डाउनटाइम
- डिवाइस या ब्राउज़र असंगतता
ऐसी तकनीकी समस्याओं के लिए संस्था सीमित उत्तरदायित्व रखती है और उम्मीदवारों से सहयोग की अपेक्षा की
जाती है।
Technical issues may occur during portal access or examination, including:
- Internet connectivity disruptions
- Server downtime
- Device or browser incompatibility
The organization holds limited responsibility for such technical issues and expects cooperation from
candidates.
6. चयन का कोई अधिकार नहीं / No
Right to Selection
पंजीकरण करना, परीक्षा देना, या किसी भी चरण में भाग लेना चयन की गारंटी नहीं देता।
अंतिम चयन का अधिकार पूर्णतः Netritva Sadhana Kendra की चयन समिति के पास सुरक्षित है।
Registration, appearing for the examination, or participation at any stage does not guarantee
selection.
The final decision rests solely with the Selection Committee of Netritva Sadhana Kendra.
7. निर्णय की अंतिमता / Finality
of
Decisions
चयन समिति द्वारा लिया गया निर्णय:
- अंतिम होगा
- बाध्यकारी होगा
- किसी भी कानूनी या प्रशासनिक विवाद के अधीन नहीं होगा
All decisions taken by the Selection Committee shall be:
- Final
- Binding
- Not subject to dispute or challenge
8. जानकारी की सटीकता / Accuracy
of
Information
यद्यपि जानकारी को यथासंभव सही रखने का प्रयास किया जाता है, फिर भी किसी त्रुटि, चूक या टाइपोग्राफिकल
गलती की स्थिति में संस्था सुधार का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the organization reserves the right to correct any
errors, omissions, or typographical mistakes.
9. दायित्व की सीमा / Limitation
